Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local and session storage, hold small amounts of information in your browser. Together they let the site work correctly, remember your preferences and, where you agree, help us understand how the site is used.

• _gcl_au, set by the Google tag, records that you arrived from one of our adverts so a resulting enquiry can be credited to it. Expires 90 days after your visit. Advertising consent required.
• _gcl_* (for example _gcl_aw, _gcl_dc), set by the Google tag, hold the same advert click information for conversion measurement. Expire up to 90 days after your visit. Advertising consent required.
• Strictly necessary storage: the record of your own cookie choice, held in your browser's local storage so the banner does not reappear, plus anything needed to load and route pages securely. No consent required.
• Third-party embeds: choosing “Book a demo” opens our scheduling provider, which sets its own cookies on its own domain under its own policy. We do not control those cookies.

We use the Google tag for Google Ads so we can see which of our adverts bring people to the site and lead to an enquiry. Once you accept advertising cookies, the tag records that your visit followed an advert click, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and browser information.

We only ever look at aggregated reports. We do not use the tag to identify you by name and we do not sell personal data. Google acts as our processor for this measurement and may process the data outside the UK; where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Advertising measurement is switched off by default. Before any Google tag is allowed to run we set Google Consent Mode v2 with all advertising and analytics storage denied, so no such cookies can be written until you choose to accept.

• Accept: the Google tag loads, consent is updated to granted, and the _gcl_* cookies are set.
• Reject: the Google tag is never loaded at all, no advertising cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.
• Withdraw later: the tag stops sending events and the Google cookies for this site are cleared.

Some links to this site carry campaign parameters, such as utm_source or utm_campaign, so we can see which campaign an enquiry came from. Those values are held in your browser's session storage for the current visit only and are cleared when you close the tab. They are not cookies, they are not used to track you across other websites, and they are not affected by your cookie choice. If you submit an enquiry, they are stored alongside it as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit, and change your mind whenever you like using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. That reopens the preferences panel, where advertising and measurement can be switched on or off; switching it off clears the Google cookies for this site.

All major browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and Google offers ad settings of its own covering every site you visit. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working.
