Net Zero Home Scheme, trading as The Electric Car Scheme Limited has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement sets out the steps we take across our business and supply chain, in the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our business and supply chain
We provide an employee benefit that connects UK employees with discounted home energy products. Our supply chain consists mainly of UK-based accredited installers, equipment manufacturers and distributors, energy suppliers, and professional service providers.
Steps we take
- Due diligence on installer partners before they join the scheme, including accreditation and compliance checks.
- Contractual expectations that partners comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relevant employment law.
- Right-to-work checks and fair pay practices for our own colleagues.
- A clear route for colleagues, partners and employees on the scheme to raise concerns confidentially.
- Periodic review of partners, with removal from the scheme where serious concerns are substantiated.
